Returns and Exchanges
All products can be returned or exchanged within 21 days from the receipt of the merchandise. Custom-ordered, personalized and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Merchandise must be unused and in it’s original condition with the tags still attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. Customers must pay for any reshipping charges in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. All returns will be credited to the same credit card that was used to make the initial purchase.

Sales Tax

The Trendy Bébé accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Trendy Bébé Gift Certificates. If you would like to place an order by contacting one of our sales representatives or you have a question about your order, please call us at (201) 612-8019 Monday through Friday 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time.
Within one to two days of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been successfully processed. Your confirmation will also list the items that you have purchased, the total amount your credit card will be charged and your order number. Please save this page for your records.
