Returns and Exchanges 

All products can be returned or exchanged within 21 days from the receipt of the merchandise. Custom-ordered, personalized and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition with the tags still attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. Customers must pay for any reshipping charges in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. All returns will be credited to the same credit card that was used to make the initial purchase. 

To return an item, please fill in the Return/Exchange Form included in your original package and return it with the product(s) to the following address:
