All orders are shipped within two business days of receipt of the order unless
otherwise noted on the product page. Business days are Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays. Orders received on Friday or the weekend will be shipped on
Monday. We regret that we are not accepting international orders at this time.
If a package MUST arrive on the day after you place your order, please e-mail
us at custcare@thetrendybebe.com
or call us at (201) 612-8019 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Standard Eastern Time and we
will do our best to get it to you.
Shipping Options

The Trendy Bébé currently offers the following methods of shipping: Ground,
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. All packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service.
We are unable to estimate the shipping times or track
delivery for APO/FPO orders since the U.S. Military handles the final stage of
delivery.

Note: Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped using Next Day
Air or 2nd Day Air.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected or returned for delivery failure,
we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any incurred shipping
charges.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming that your
items were shipped to you. If your order was shipped via FedEx or UPS you will also receive a tracking number.
You will then be able to visit the FedEx website at
www.fedex.com or the UPS website at
www.ups.com to check the status of your delivery at any time.
